Lawyer by the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, specializing in Labor Law. He has taken several courses and national seminars in Labor Law.
He began his career with an internship at the law firm Bufete de la Garza, S.C., where he worked for over nine years, focusing on labor law. During his tenure, he represented corporations in a wide range of labor proceedings, both individual and collective.
In addition to his expertise in labor law, he has provided legal assistance to several commercial companies and foreign nationals for their entry into Mexican territory. His work includes legalizing stays for purposes such as tourism, professional services, and other categories permitted by national legislation. He has also facilitated numerous visa arrangements for entry into foreign countries.
He has extensive experience in labor and immigration matters.
Current founding partner of the law firm Allende, Díaz de León & Madrigal, SC, where he heads the Labor and Immigration Law practice.
