Lawyer by the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, with a Master's Degree in Private Law by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain.

He heads the Corporate Law area of the firm, has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, Foreign Investment and Industrial Property Law.

He has studied several areas of Corporate Law and Industrial Property Law. Aspirant to become a Public Broker since 2022 and Member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana de Abogados A.C.).
